CEO

CEO is a Technocrat with over 11 years of Business experience and over 19 years of professional experience in the I.T. Industry. He is the Joint Managing Director of the Company, a Promoter Director of Infotecnics India Ltd. and a Director of Opentech Thai Network Specialists Ltd. , Thailand.

An Engineering Graduate from the Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh in 1983, he has done his Post Graduation in Management from the All India Management Association with a specialisation in Information Technology and also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the IMM, Delhi.

Starting his career with BlueStar Ltd. in 1983 as a Project Sales Engineer, he played a major role in the design and implementation of several Computer Centres, amongst them were, the NIC, USIS, IARI, MECON, UPTRON etc. He joined CMC Ltd. (a Government of India Enterprise) in 1986 and was responsible for the conceptualisation and sale of I.T. solutions deploying contemporary technologies in real-time applications such as remote sensing, SCADA, load despatch for clients in the Ministry of Defence, Power Sector and Railways apart from several WAN, LAN, database and on-line applications for clients in various sectors including Education and Manufacturing. He joined Tecnova Information Systems Ltd. - a Company promoted by Tecnova S.A., France as the Vice President (Marketing) in 1989, where he worked on Software development contracts with leading French companies like Renault, Loreal and Matra. His last assignment prior to promoting Infotecnics was as the CEO of Meera Information Technologies - the Software Exports Division of the US$ 25 million Meera & Co. Ltd.

He went on to promote Infotecnics in 1991 and made the Company one of the largest Network Integration Companies in North India. He was the Chairman and Managing Director of Infotecnics India Ltd. till July, 2002 when he took over as the JMD and CEO of Visesh.

Mr. Raakesh Bhhatia

Mr. Raakesh Bhhatia, aged 40 years, is a Director of the company. Besides being a Follow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India he is also a Management Graduate and hold masters degree in Commerce. Starting his career as a management consultant, he has a vast experience of more than 15 years in the field of Corporate Laws, Corporate Planning, Finance, Legal, Secretarial, Project management and Marketing. Mr. Raakesh Bhhatia has been one of the stalwarts in the field of Management Consultancy and Corporate planning. At Visesh he is actively engaged in various facets viz. strategic planning, marketing and finance. Under his able guidance the company has been able to clinch very many important deals and projects. Mr. Raakesh Bhhatia is man of vast experience. He has traveled to various parts of the world and has also addressed and participated in various conferences, joint houses and seminars.

Mr. Bhhatia has also been very actively engaged in social activities. He is a very active and prominent member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has also held the position of the Chairman of Information Technology Committee of ICSI in the year1999-2000.

Mr. Karun Jain

Mr. Karun Jain, aged 40 years, is the Executive Director of the company. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an Associate Member of AIMA. He has vast experience of over 15 years. Working as a senior brass in Companies like Indag Rubber Limited (Khemka Group), Panchshila Rubber Limited (Raunaq Group), Vishal Lakto India Limited (Bagaria group) and SRG Infotec Limited, Mr Karun Jain has always demonstrated a certain dynamism and foresight seen in the most pragmatic of professional. Working as Executive Director of Visesh, he has been instrumental in taking the company from strength to strength through strategic planning, focus on result oriented techniques and synergatic alliances with key service providers in IT industry. He is looking after the Corporate Planning, Finance, Legal, Secretarial, Project management and Marketing aspects of the company. It is under his able guidance and supervision that today Visesh has been able to build such a strong clientele. It was under his able guidance and supervision that Visesh has been able to lead both in terms of technology as well as positioning in the market.
