NEW DELHI, NOVEMBER 26, 2006 . "Visesh Infotecnics Ltd." declared Winner in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India 2006 Program

New Delhi, November 26, 2006 — World leading professional services organisation, Deloitte, announced its rankings of the 50 fastest-growing technology companies in India yesterday. This is the second year of Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India 2006 program and the 50 winning companies, coming from 6 cities across India, have collectively achieved an impressive average three-year revenue growth 290 percent. The top-five winners achieved a collective average three-year revenue growth rate of 853 percent.

Visesh Infotecnics Ltd. was declared a winner in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India 2006 program, with a ranking of 25 based on a three-year percentage revenue growth of 229.25%.

Receiving the Award at a glittering ceremony at The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi was Visesh Infotecnics' CEO and Managing Director. He said, “We are pleased to be amongst the India Fast 50 awardees, second year running and happy at moving up the ranking order to the 25 th position. Visesh moved into a high growth trajectory in 2004, with a major reshuffle in its Management Team and new strategies for sustained growth which began to show in our performance almost immediately. We have repositioned ourselves from being a large domestic ERP player to a fast growing IT Company with a balanced mix of Products and Services that address the global markets. We are confident that this new strategy will leverage our strengths in the creation of innovative Intellectual Property and result in sustained growth, thus, maximizing stakeholder value.”

The following industries represented the majority of the winners; Software (48 percent), and Communications/Networking (16 percent). These industries make up 64 percent of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India 2006 ranking. The Software industry is the leading growth sector in India.

"Despite the large diversity of the winning industries, they all have one thing in common - fast revenue growth over the last three years," said Steven Dow, Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific Project Director, Deloitte, Hong Kong.

He said that technology companies with fast sustainable growth will continue to emerge in India, given the positive market outlook. "The development of India's high-tech industry will become more sophisticated and diversified."

Deloitte also conducted a survey on the chief executive officers (CEOs) of the winning companies in order to assess their company growth forecasts.

Among the CEOs of India companies surveyed, the majority predicted company expansion through organic growth. However the challenge still remains in identifying, hiring and retaining qualified employees, which seems to be a global issue, based on findings from the Deloitte Global survey.

Over 95 % of companies are planning to further increase their headcount, some by as much as 200 percent, as they grow their companies locally, regionally and globally.

The top 50 Winners of yesterday's ranking have automatically qualified for the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific 2006 Programme, the result of which will be announced on December 12, 2006 in Hong Kong.
