Visesh Infotecnics Ltd., a public listed company and one of the leading providers of reliable and cost-effective IT products & solutions to organizations globally, today announced impressive results for its First Quarter, ending June 2006. As compared to the corresponding quarter last year, the company has increased revenues by 64% to Rs. 246.8 million, the Gross profit has jumped by an impressive 142% whereas the net profits have jumped by 84% to Rs 30.3 million.

Commenting on the results and future plans, Managing Director of Visesh Infotecnics said, "This quarter's results re-emphasise the strengths of our business model and are a reflection of the success we are beginning to see in our recent diversifications in the IT enabled Services space. This was our first full quarter in the KPO/BPO field, wherein we shall see significant additions to our revenue and profitability, going forward. Recruitments are on at a feverish pace to ensure a constant ramp-up in capacity and seat utilization, to fulfill our healthy order book position."

Visesh Infotecnics Ltd had recently announced a strategic alliance with US-based Cyberworks Software Inc. to market innovative image analysis technology to OEM’s for the detection of offensive imagery on computer and wireless networks.
